American Native bamboo plant

Alternative Views:

The American Native Bamboo Plant, Arundinaria gigantea, is a gorgeous clumping bamboo that forms an excellent privacy barrier that neutralizes automobile fumes and street noises.  The American Native bamboo plants grow about 15 feet tall and are salt water tolerant, evergreen thickets that are loved by wildlife animals.  This bamboo plant is very drought tolerant and exhibits practically no decline when it is transplanted, even in the sultry heat of the summer.  As the American Native bamboo canes and poles age and enlarge, they are transformed into a glowing yellow color that makes this refined bamboo plant   very useful as an ornamental hedge.
