Arkansas Black Apple Tree
Arkansas Black apple tree

Alternative Views:

Arkansas Black apple tree, Malus domestica “Arkansas Black” apples are rated as excellent flavored fruits  when eaten fresh and picked from your own trees, or when the apples are cooked and made into apple sauce or fermented further into hard apple cider.  The Arkansas black apple develops one of the very best fruity flavors as the trees grow older, and the apples keep well for months on the shelf, after the harvesting in the fall season.  This spur apple tree produces fruit with an unusual yellow texture inside, and is taste is spicy and intensely pleasant.  The Winesap apple is thought by some botanists to be the parent, and the Arkansas Black apple tree requires cross pollination from either a crabapple tree or another apple tree cultivar.

Received my Arkansas black apple tree in great shape. Leaves still on and healthy looking. Nice thick stout stem and roots well wrapped.
