The Cherrybark Oak Tree, Quercus  pagoda, is also known as the Cherry Bark Oak Tree and is a member of the Red Oak Tree Genus that produces very hard wood with straight trunks.  The Cherrybark Oaks are very desirable for cutting into lumber that is used in making furniture and flooring.  This Oak tree is a native, American shade tree that grows from Maryland to Florida and then westward to Texas  The Cherrybark Oak trees can grow very large up to l20 feet tall, and the heavy acorn tree production provides a valuable food plot source for wildlife animals and wildlife game birds.
