Moorpark Apricot Tree
Moorpark Apricot Tree

Alternative Views:

Moorpark apricot trees produce apricots in mid-July, and when tree ripened and picked straight off the tree are soft with a yellow color, and each fruit develops a whiff of ripening fragrance that has a floral, fruity complexity, unlike any other apricot cultivar.  The Moorpark apricot tree reaches a flowering climax in March or April, and as the oval fruit develops a softness on the branch in mid-July, then that is the signal that it is ripe for picking and ready to be eaten now.

This tree is going to be great.  It has small and young branches from the main and is 4-5ft tall.  It'll be great once it has fruit who knows how many years though.
