Pygmy Date Palm Tree
Pygmy Date Palm Tree

Alternative Views:

The Pygmy Date Palm tree, Phoenix roebelenii, is a very slow growing palm tree that at maturity may reach 8 to 9 feet tall.  The slender graceful trunk arches slightly with long, pinnate leaves that turn downwards slightly.  This palm tree is a very important container tree, because of its lovely form and valuable use as a potted ornamental tropical-looking tree.  The Pygmy Date palms can be grown out of doors in zone 9 and 10 and are salt water tolerant.

3 of 5 Plants for Max March 22, 2018
Reviewer: Max Diaz from Palm Coast, FL United States
It seems like it took too long to arrive.  Also I thought they wold be much more bigger plants.
However they did arrive in good condition.  But they did not meet my expectations for what I originally intended them for.
