Tonto Plum Tree

Alternative Views:

Tonto plum tree.  This large, bright red plum ripens in June with a white flesh that is pulpy, dripping with a sweet smooth taste and an essence of flavor that tempts you to keep eating another one.  The Tonto plum tree begins flowering in March and is self pollinating, reliable and highly productive at a very early age, often bearing substantial crops the second year after planting.

I paid for a 7 - 8 ft tree so that I could I could get fruit sooner but when I got the tree it was less than 5 ft tall. I could have gotten that size at the local store for less than $20.00.
